For your security and to ensure the integrity of your account, changes to sensitive account information or contact details are processed through a standardized verification flow directly within your dashboard.

  1. Log In to Your PayMongo Dashboard:

    • Access your PayMongo merchant account.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • On the left-hand sidebar of your dashboard, click on the 'Settings > General' tab.

  3. Locate and Edit the Specific Detail:

    • Click the 'Edit' button

    • Within the settings section, locate the specific business detail you wish to change (e.g., email address, mobile number, payout bank account information).

    • Click 'Update' when you are done updating it.

  4. Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

    • For security, PayMongo will send a One-Time PIN (OTP) to your currently registered contact method (e.g., email or mobile number).

    • Enter this OTP in the provided field on your dashboard to verify your identity.

  5. Input New Details:

    • After successful OTP verification, you can now input your new desired information in the relevant field(s).
