We only go by a per-transaction rate with the following:

Card payments
Straight Visa/Mastercard Card Payments: 3.5% + ₱15
Card Installments via Security Bank, AUB, and Landbank:
3 months - 4%
6 months - 6%
12 months - 12%
All payments from non-Philippine issued cards will be charged an additional 1% cross-border fee. In the dashboard, we will be adding clear indicators as to the origin of the payment and, if any, the corresponding cross-border fee associated with it.
