For activated users, there’s a toggle switch when you go to our dashboard which allows you to easily switch from test mode to live mode at any time, as seen in the screenshot below:

“Viewing live data” indicates that your account is in live mode. Otherwise, you are in test mode.

Take note: Links created in test mode cannot process payments, even if your account is already activated with us. Whenever you are creating links for your customers, always make sure that you are in live mode or “Viewing live data” as shown in the screenshot.
