For Brankas Online Banking, ensure your PayMongo product (Links, Pages, Shopify Plugin, Custom & Checkout API) supports this feature.
Understanding Your Available Payment Methods
PayMongo offers a variety of payment methods to cater to your customers' preferences. These methods become available based on your account activation status and, for some, require a short activation period or a specific request.
Instantly Available Payment Methods (Upon Account Activation)
Once your PayMongo merchant account is fully activated, the following payment methods are typically ready for use:
BPI Online Banking: Allows customers to pay directly from their BPI online banking accounts.
QRPH: Enables payments via QR code using various participating e-wallets and banking apps.
UBP Online Banking: Allows customers to pay directly from their UnionBank online banking accounts.
Payment Methods Requiring Short Processing (Typically within 7 Business Days)
After your account is activated, the following payment methods usually undergo a brief processing period (subject to our financial partner's approval) before they become fully operational for live transactions. Expect these to be available within approximately 7 business days:
GCash: Accepts payments from customers' GCash e-wallets.
GrabPay: Accepts payments from customers' GrabPay e-wallets.
Maya: Accepts payments from customers' Maya e-wallets.
