How can I cash into my PayMongo Wallet?
Log in to your banking app or e-wallet and initiate a transfer to your PayMongo Wallet using the details found on your Wallet dashboard.
You will receive an email from your bank or e-wallet confirming the transfer. Once this is cleared, the transaction will be recorded in the transaction history.
How can I send money to other bank accounts?
On the upper right side, click 'Send funds' and fill out the necessary details for the transfer.
2. After clicking 'Continue', confirm and submit the details of your transaction.
3. Input the one-time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered email address.
4. Once your transaction is successful, it should appear in your transaction history on the Wallet Dashboard.
