So, you were able to tinker around with the In-store QR Ph module on the dashboard and generate your own In-store QR Ph code (if you haven't yet, you can check out our article on Getting to Know the In-store QR Ph Dashboard). Now, you're wondering what the best way is to display your In-store QR Ph code inside your store. Well, we have just the guide to help you get started on that.
When displaying your in-store QR Ph code in your store, these are our guidelines to make sure that the QR Ph code is displayed properly and ensures that your customers are able to easily scan and pay. Just note that this covers both digital (ex. tablets, screens, etc.) and physical displays (ex. standees, posters, etc.)
Size and Color
Your In-store QR Ph code comes in a printable template (5 inch x 7 inch). If you choose to print the standee at a smaller size, make sure that the size of the QR code itself is at least 2.5 x 2.5 inch to avoid any scanning issues.
The QR Ph code specifically should always be rendered or printed in color.
The QR Ph code should always be square shaped. Avoid stretching or distorting the standee image.
Make sure to always test out the printed QR Ph code.
Layout
Always make sure the Business' Trade Name or Store Name is visible alongside the QR Ph code.
The QR Ph logo should also be prominently displayed and should not be visibly smaller when placed alongside other logos
When downloading the In-store QR Ph code from the PayMongo dashboard, the layout is automatically created according to the standards set by Bancnet for QR Ph standees. Kindly avoid editing the layout if you will be printing a QR Ph standee to be displayed.

Printing
When it comes to displaying the QR Ph template in-store, we recommend either printing a sintra board standee or utilizing an acrylic display standee with a minimum size of 5x7 inches (12.7 x 17.8 cm).
For the material, we recommend anything that is matte to avoid glare when scanning the QR Ph code.
Reminders
Always test your QR Ph code if it can be scanned properly before displaying or sharing it to your customers.
Generally, the bigger the QR code, the easier it is to scan.
Locations and Uses
Checkout Counter
The most common place to display your QR Ph code is by the checkout counter or by a receptionist to make sure that it's readily available for when your customer needs to make a payment.
Restaurant Tables and Bill Folds
Having the QR Ph code printed out and inserted in bill folds or readily available as a standee on top of the table allows your customers to conveniently pay for their orders.
Social Media & Messaging Apps
You can send your customers a soft copy of the QR Ph code via social media and messaging apps to allow them to pay for their purchase.
