Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there a 1-month limit?

Large exports can slow down merchant dashboards. Limiting exports to 1 month ensures faster download times and system performance.

Can I combine multiple 1-month exports?

Yes. You can download several 1-month files and merge them in your own spreadsheet software.
