The two ways to get notified of a successful In-store QR Ph payment is via SMS notification or via the PayMongo dashboard.

To be able to receive SMS notifications for your successful QR Ph payments, a mobile number must be nominated when creating your In-store QR Ph code. Make sure to input a valid mobile number in the Mobile Number for SMS notifications field in the Create QR form.

Once you are able to do this, you should be able to get an SMS notification for every In-store QR Ph payment. Always make sure that your mobile phone has proper signal to be able to receive these SMS notifications.

The information available in the SMS would be the payment amount, payment method (QRPH), In-store QR ID, payment date and time, and Instapay reference number. The PayMongo In-store QR ID is a shortened QR ID that you can use to search for the payment via the PayMongo dashboard.

Successful In-store QR Ph payments can also be searched via the Payments module of the PayMongo dashboard. To search for the payments of a specific QR Ph code, feel free to search the QR id which can be found in the payment description or on the QR Ph Code details page.

Once you click on the specific payment, you can find the payment details such as the QR ID reference as well as the Instapay reference number. The Instapay reference number is the standard reference number across QR Ph banks and e-wallets that is shown to both the customer and the merchant.
