Why are my BDO mobile app log-in credentials not working when I pay using BDO Online Banking via Brankas?

The log-in credentials used by Brankas for BDO Online Banking are based on the log-in email and password for the BDO Online Banking Website Browser, which are different from your log-in credentials on BDO’s mobile app. If you do not have your Web Browser BDO Online Banking credentials yet, please follow these steps to enable Online Banking:

Go to https://online.bdo.com.ph/sso/login

2. Click “Not Yet Enrolled? Enroll Now!” to set up your Web Browser BDO Online Banking Log-in Credentials

3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and select “Submit”.

4. Fill out the Online Banking Enrollment form. You can create your log-in email and password here. Press “Submit” to finish creating your Web Browser BDO Online Banking account.

5. You can now proceed with payment using your BDO Online Banking Web Browser username and password.
