Unfortunately, Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) has temporarily disabled payment refunding to allow for system fixes. As a result, we are unable to process refunds for UBP online banking payments at this time.
To proceed, we recommend processing a manual refund on your end, either through a bank deposit or a bank transfer to the customer.
