The available payment methods or options slightly differ depending on the product (Links, API, Pages, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or PrestaShop plugin) that you use:


For Links, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Straight Visa/Mastercard Card payments

  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya

  3. Pay via QR Code with QRPH

  4. Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP

  5. Direct Online Banking via BDO, Metrobank, and LandBank through Brankas

  6. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

  7. Over the Counter via 7-11, M Lhuillier, Coins, and Cebuana Lhuillier

For Pages, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Straight Visa/Mastercard Card payments

  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya

  3. Pay via QR Code with QRPH

  4. Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP

  5. Direct Online Banking via BDO, Metrobank, and LandBank through Brankas

  6. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

For API, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Visa/Mastercard Card payments via Straight Payments, Hold and Capture Payments, and Save Card

  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya

  3. Pay via QR Code with QRPH

  4. Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP

  5. Direct Online Banking via BDO, Metrobank, and LandBank through Brankas

  6. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

For Shopify, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Visa/Mastercard Card payments via Straight Payments, Hold and Capture Payments, and Save Card

  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya

  3. Pay via QR Code with QRPH

  4. Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP

  5. Direct Online Banking via BDO, Metrobank, and LandBank through Brankas

  6. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

For WooCommerce, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Straight Visa/Mastercard Card payments

  2. E-Wallets via GCash, GrabPay, and Maya

  3. Direct Online Banking via BPI and UBP

  4. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

For Magento, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Straight Visa/Mastercard Card payments

  2. E-Wallets via GCash and GrabPay

  3. Direct Online Banking via BPI

  4. Buy Now, Pay Later via BillEase

For Prestashop, these payment methods are allowed:

  1. Straight Visa/Mastercard Card payments

  2. E-Wallets via GCash and GrabPay

For Maya, please note that activation is still subject to Maya's approval. If you are a sole proprietor, partnership, or corporation with a registered merchant account with Maya, we cannot activate Maya for your merchant account on our platform. Otherwise, please expect 3 business days from the date of PayMongo account activation before you can start using Maya as a payment option for your customers.

For GCash, GrabPay, Debit, and Credit Cards, please expect up to 5 business days from the date of PayMongo account activation before you can start using them as payment options for your customers as your account will need to undergo reviews with them.
