The end-to-end payment experience of PayMongo Links

PayMongo Links allows for flexible payment collection by giving your customers several payment methods.

The payment process for PayMongo Links is divided into 4 easy steps:


Step 1: Choosing your payment method

Upon opening the link, your customer is asked to choose from one of the available payment methods: credit/debit Card (straight or installment), OB via BPI/UBP, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BillEase or OTC (7-Eleven, Cebuana, M Lhuillier, coins.ph)


Step 2: Filling out customer information

Your customer will then fill out the necessary billing details.

This step requires the customer to key in their email address, contact number, and name.

Step 3: Reviewing and confirming transaction details

This step allows your customer to review and verify the information about their billing and payment.

Step 4: Payment

The final step would look different for each payment method. Here, your customer will input their payment credentials.

Online Banking via BPI:

OTC:

An extra step would be needed for transactions to be paid using the available OTC payment methods.

After selecting an OTC remittance center (7-Eleven, MLhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, or coins.ph), additional onscreen instructions will be given to guide your customer with paying.

For OTC payments, your customers have 4 hours to pay for the transaction. After they pay, a receipt will be sent to their email.
