Yes, our plugin will take into account tips when processing payments made on Shopify. Please do note, however, that the transaction breakdown between the tip and the transaction amount will only be visible on your Shopify Dashboard. The PayMongo Dashboard will only show the total amount which is the sum of the tip and the transaction amount.
