Set up promos that apply to all cardholders, giving you the full flexibility to launch discounts whenever you need.
Exclusive bank-partnered discounts 💰
Partner with top banks in the Philippines to offer BIN-specific promos, giving you access to their customer base and driving more transactions from their cardholders.
How can I set this up? ✅
As the merchant, you would need to agree on a promo mechanic first directly with your Partner Bank.
If you need help with connecting to a partner bank, you may email [email protected] for further assistance.
Once you have a promo mechanic in place, you will need to input the promo details in this Google Form.
After filling up the Google Form, your promo will be configured automatically to your account within 14 Days.
Note: The PayMongo Promotions feature is completely free! There's no added fees and you can add as many promotions as you want. 🤩
How will it look like to my customers? 🙋
Upon reaching the PayMongo checkout page, your customer will see an offer tab on the left side of their window.
Your customer can view the list of Promos available by clicking on "See Offers".
The Promo available will be then applied automatically to the customer's total payable amount once they input their card details.
Your customer can then proceed with the checkout to pay for their discounted order!

How can I track the Promotions availed by my customers? ✍️
The promotion will be available for checking on your PayMongo Dashboard. The Description will indicate the promotion availed by your customer.
You can also click on the specific transaction to view the payment information in detail.

Frequently Asked Questions 🤔
Can I limit the promo to a certain channel (Shopify, Pages, or Links)?
No, the promo is configured to your whole account. This means that the promo will be available for all channels that you're using within PayMongo.
Can I limit the SKUs eligible for a Promo?
No, PayMongo does not have access to a merchant's inventory. Hence the promo can only be applied sitewide.
Is there an added fee?
No, the Promotions feature is completely free! ✨
Is there a minimum transaction amount?
Yes, the minimum transaction amount is still Php 20.
