Good news!
BPI is now allowing customers to increase their transaction limit via the BPI App. No need to worry about the ₱50,000.00 cap anymore when paying for big transactions! 👍
Here's how to do it:
Log in to the BPI Application.
Choose "Account Maintenance".
Select "Limits and Spending".
Set the maximum amount per type of transaction as seen below.
For PayMongo transactions, you can adjust the "Load e-wallet & pay via external partners" Limit.
Select "Change limits".
Authenticate the changes via Mobile Key.
That's it - you should now be able to purchase from our PayMongo merchants for transaction amounts greater than ₱50,000.00
