Access your Reports overview section by simply going to your Homepage and by scrolling a bit down! (It's usually after the Product offerings banner portion). 👀

You can find 3 sub-sections under your Reports Overview Section:

  1. Net Revenue - This is the revenue that your business earned in a selected period of time after fees, refunds, and other adjustments have been subtracted. This is shown through a chart so you can easily visualize the growth of your business over time.

  2. Net Revenue Breakdown - A detailed breakdown computation of your Gross Revenue, Fees, Taxes, and other adjustments which total to your net revenue at the bottom.

  3. Payment Method Breakdown - This shows which payment method is contributing more to your net revenue over a given time.

🤫 Quick tip:

You can customize the date range of the data that's being shown on your Reports overview section by choosing any of the date filters available:

  1. Today

  2. This month

  3. This Year

  4. Custom range (you would need to enter the start and end date)

Can I see a comparison between my selected time period vs. the previous period I've set?

Yes, this is possible, but only with specific time filters - Today, This Month, and This year. You'll find the percentage difference as well as its actual value on this part of the Net Revenue module.

Can I export a report on the payments that I've received for the time period that's set?

Yes! It's as easy as just clicking on the "Export Payments" button on the right part of your Reports overview section.

⚠️ Note: There may be discrepancies shown between the reports overview and the exported file.

Can I limit access to the Reports overview section?

You absolutely can! We understand that this is confidential information that's why only the Account Owner and Users under the Export permission group can see this section.

Feel free to reach out to [email protected] should you have any questions or feedback regarding this module! We'd love to hear you out! 🌱
