Refunding Shopify transactions can now be done directly on the Shopify admin! 🎉
You could find the steps on how to issue refunds on Shopify's website or you can follow along here:
Steps:
Select the transaction that you would want to refund from Shopify's order page.
Click Refund and specify the quantity of the items to be refunded. You could also opt to manually specify the refund amount.
Confirm the refund by clicking on the Refund button.
Upon success, the refund will also automatically reflect on your PayMongo dashboard in real-time.
🚨 All Shopify transactions can only be refunded through the Shopify admin. Refunding these transactions through the dashboard will be disabled 🚨
