There are 4 possible reasons why your payments are not processed using our PrestaShop plugin:
The secret API keys entered are incorrect (or you may be using test keys).
You may be using old versions of the plugin:
The PrestaShop version should be 1.6 and above
PHP version 5.6 is required
The currency of your PrestaShop store is not in PHP. Your store must be set in PHP to use PayMongo on PrestaShop.
The amount of the cart is below PHP 20.
Otherwise, our PrestaShop plugin should be working smoothly.
