Take a look below to see what Click to Pay will look like for your customers!
For New Users:
When a customer is ready to checkout, they’ll choose the card payment option on the PayMongo Checkout.
If the customer doesn’t have a Click to Pay profile, they’ll be prompted to fill out the card form and check the option to create their Click to Pay profile.
Once they complete this step, their Click to Pay profile is successfully created, and they can enjoy faster checkouts in the future.
Next, the customer will authenticate the card payment, ensuring everything is secure.
Once authenticated, the payment is smoothly processed using the newly saved card in their Click to Pay profile—easy and hassle-free!
For Returning Users:
When a returning customer enters their email address or mobile number, our system checks if they already have a saved Click to Pay profile.
If an existing Click to Pay profile is found, the customer will be prompted to verify their identity by entering a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered email or mobile number.
Once the customer successfully verifies their identity, they’ll be able to proceed to the next step.
The customer’s saved cards will then be displayed, ready for them to choose from.
To add an extra layer of security, the customer must enter the CVC (card verification code) before proceeding.
Once the details are verified, the customer will authenticate their payment to finalize the transaction.
The payment will be processed effortlessly using the saved card from their Click to Pay profile, making the checkout fast, smooth, and secure!
