To know if a payment is successful, simply go to the PayMongo dashboard.

For those using Links, head straight to https://dashboard.paymongo.com/links. The status of your links are indicated there already, as seen in the screenshot below:

For those using Links, Pages and/or the API, as well as those using our plugins (i.e. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) you may see the list of all payments made in https://dashboard.paymongo.com/payments. All payment transactions will be stored here, regardless of product. Here, you may also export your payments into a CSV file, as shown below:

It is important to note that your dashboard is updated in real-time by our system.

We also currently don’t provide email confirmation/notifications for payments, but we will inform you once this is possible!

Your customers who pay using Links and Pages will also receive confirmation right after they complete their payment, as shown below:
