Once your account is activated, we will be processing your details and this will be sent to our partners for onboarding.

For GCash and GrabPay, please expect up to 5 business days from the date of PayMongo account activation.

For Maya, we cannot activate this if you are a registered merchant under Maya. Otherwise, please expect 3 business days for activation

For Debit and Credit card transactions, we'll need 5 business days.

Generally, all the payment methods should be added to your account after 5 business days, starting from when you got activated!

If you are keen on trying it out and want to check what these transactions look like, you can already do test transactions through your dashboard under test mode.
