This issue happens because GCash deducts payments from the account holder before the transaction has succeeded.
Failed transactions that were still deducted from your account balance will be automatically returned as these funds never reached PayMongo's end.
Webpay transactions will be refunded in 24 hours while GCash Mastercard transactions will be refunded in 7 days.
